500 & 750 Point Lists
|
|
The below Lists are either ones I use, or ones I intend to use. I'll talk a bit about
each list, explain anything that may seem weird about it, and give it's rating if I have used it in games.

500 Points:
|
This was my beginning list, and it did rather well. The main part of the 500 Point Army Building League tactics
were derived from using this list, so read here to see tactics regarding it.
Click here to view it: 500 Point List. This
is a fine army list at this point level, so I won't say anything more about it beyond what's been said in the
League section. The higher points cost lists all build off the 500 point list.

500 Points:
|
This 500 point list differs from the
above list by removing the Bestigor, and added some Chaos Ogres. I'm hoping to add a ton of hitting power
to the force with this addition. I also have a variation of this list with 3 Minotaurs instead of the Chaos
Ogres.

500 Points:
|
This 500 point list tries something
entirely new and goes with 3 beast herds, 1 unit of hounds, and a chariot. This list is super mobile, and
allows me to be anywhere I need to be on the table. It's difficult to deal with your opponents hard hitters
(i.e. a unit of Ogre Bulls), but it's easy to avoid them!

750 Points:
|
This 750 point list basically just ups
the Bestigor, adds another Beast Herd that is larger than the first, and adds a Spawn: Building off the 500
point list above. The main theory here was to upgrade the maneuverability of the list, as well as the hitting
power. The spawn was just to fill up some points and because I like the model. I will update this section with
some actual results when I the League ups the points per game to 750, and give some real feedback on how this
list works. Till then consider this experimental!

750 Points:
|
This 750 point list is also experimental
for the time being. It too builds off the 500 point list. It pumps up the Bestigor to 16, adds another Beast
Herd that is the same size as the first, adds a third unit of 5 Warhounds, and adds a Spawn. With this I was
hoping to have one more small distractionary unit to annoy, detract, and peeve my opponent. There may be too
many points spent on throw away Warhound units in this list, but I'm going to have to do some play testing to
be sure. Stay tuned for the results!
